We emphasize communication and consensus building as enablers of individual and organizational success and we believe in and practice “Cultural Humility”
In order to build teams and deliver good work each of us needs to acknowledge his own cultural biases, and adjust for them.

OUR HISTORY
ACG Global was founded by Simon Littlewood in 1998 to help companies grappling with the challenges of growth in Asia, build effective organizations and processes aligned to Asia markets.
By delivering consistent success, we have built relationships with many of the world’s largest corporations, helping them to figure out and execute their Asia strategies.
We have consistently achieved double-digit growth and we believe that our focus on excellence in delivery will ensure that this continues.

Simon Littlewood | President
A graduate of New College Oxford, Simon held senior positions with REL, A T Kearney and Accenture before establishing the Asia Now Consulting Group (ACG) in 1998. ACG has become global, opening offices in Hong Kong and Atlanta in 2011 and in Shanghai in 2012. Simon also comments on business and economics for BBC TV and radio.

Rohit Mishra | New Delhi
Rohit is a Graduate of INSEAD and a Lean growth specialist. As well as building our practice in the fast-growing markets of India Rohit will continue to play a leading role in regional projects across Asia. Rohit also comments on India business affairs for the BBC.

Vishnu Dela Fuente | Manila
Vishnu has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management from De La Salle University - College of St. Benilde.
Vishnu is a specialist in organizational development focusing on Sales Effectiveness, Project Management, Program Audit, and People Management. He has worked widely across Asia with some of the world’s leading companies.

Vlad Isac | Singapore
Vlad has a degree from the Academy of Economic studies in Bucharest. Before joining ACG Vlad worked in the banking sector and for NGOs and led numerous high-impact projects.
